Everyone Loves Raymond

Love it with some breakfast cereal and a brew....channel 4 in the mornings

Good Morning

It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.

Lamentations 3:22-24

(temporary lapse into KJV...don't worry, not permanent!!!). We have a very good and merciful God. I also have coffee...strong with lots of sugar....

A Christian's Happiness

sermon to listen to

Tim Keller (what a dude!), on a Christian's happiness.

Spring

Rubbish picture...you had to be there! !

Wasp Attack

Found I had an unwelcome guest in my left ear while sitting in the Sainsbury's cafe. Think it stung me cos my ear hurt an awful lot for a while after....(better a picture of an ear than a nasty wasp...). The staff were very kind and I took an anti-wasp attack tablet and OK now.

Kind Providence

A cup of tea, followed by a strong coffee and a natter with a good friend at just the right time...

Runner of the week

Just did a large proportion of my 1 hour circuit (1 hour on foot), jogging for about 25 mins then sprinting between lamp posts. So pleased with myself!!!

changed in a day?

What a differerence a day made

if it is true love then this song is true....

Contentment

Happiness and contentment:

"Your bad things will turn out for good
Your good things can never be taken away from you
And the best things are yet to come
