Which way does the balance tip on this? I have already come to my own gloomy conclusion but you may be able to see some positivity here:

The question is can 3 x GOOD make up for 2 x BAD?
  • Fruit snack as "after work-pregym" snack" GOOD
  • Gym after work: GOOD
  • Healthy "something to keep me going before tea" snack: GOOD
  • Eating significant amounts of cookie dough while in the middle of making cookies: BAD
  • Checking quality of cookies after baking by eating 1/2 of one: BAD
